Was surprised to be given downstairs suite which had a settee n glass table, excellent for takeaway as stayed Boxing day so couldn't eat out. Lovely bathroom n comfy bed with spare pillows. Clean n modern. Enjoyed stay. Everything explained well at reception.
Stayed for two nights at 80 pounds a night ill be honest I did not expect from the outside that looked like any other b an b in any city however we was greeted at the door by a smartly dressed young lady who already had our room key in her hand took us 2 mins to cheek in got shown to our room and wow its all brand new and very smart it was as clean as you can get a room and had a lovely cosy fell a bath loads of space very very good value for money I think 80 pounds is fab for that room it's 5 mins from city centre the proper city aswell not the very edge then you have to walk another 20 mins lol only downside I couldn't stay longer I'm a regular visitor to Norwich never will I use a travlelodge again when in Norwich this really is the best for the price next is the holiday Inn but that's 170 a night
Fantastic hotel with parking and only 5 minute walk from city centre. Spotlessly clean with a friendly reception. Door was always locked and opened by buzzer by reception so felt very secure. Our room was on the ground floor and was excellent. Liked the little personal touches of little ornaments on the shelves. Plenty of room having a separate lounge area with a settee and coffee table. Had the most plugs I’ve ever seen in a hotel so brilliant for charging phones and cameras etc. bed was very comfy, lovely bathroom, again spotlessly clean. Lovely wooden floors and very nicely decorated. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and plenty of tables to sit at. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. All in all an excellent stay at a good price and would certainly recommend if looking for a stay in central Norwich.
Basic but clean and tidy, good location for the city. Parking could be a bit of a lottery, we luckily got a free space outside.
I had a wonderful stay at this first rate small three star hotel within a short walk of Norwich railway station where you can take the train to London and the rest of East Anglia or where you can access the local bus network with direct transfer to the city centre and the rest of Norwich. The welcome was friendly and efficient felt like a valued customer from the outset. The communal areas were well maintained and nicely decorated. The room was marvellous, also well maintained and presented, the bed was extremely comfortable with great linen, duvet and pillows, the television was adequate and the Wi-Fi worked well. The en suite bathroom was superb with good water pressure to the shower and nice towels. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great stay and hotel which I can highly recommend to all.

Had a lovely stay here at the weekend. Clean room, clean bedding and very comfy. Had a nice view of the stadium even on the ground floor, also in walking distance of train station and city centre . A shower and bath with plenty of towels and bath mat provided, good selection at breakfast. Amazing and friendly staff, would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Me and my partner stayed here for 2 nights, Friday and Saturday night. Upon check in the man on reception was amazing, explained everything we needed to know, all the staff here are very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was very nice, only a short walk into city centre, and close by to shops if needs be. We paid for breakfast too and there was a great selection of food and drinks. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet place within the city. Absolutely a 10/10 ⭐
